Applications for Public Housing programs at La Hermosa and Vista Park Developments are available to the first 75 applicants on the second Wednesday of the following months:  November 2011; January, March, May, July and September 2012.  Applications for Palmville apartments are available on a daily basis.  If there is a change in this schedule, an announcement will be published in the local newspaper.

NOTE: Effective March 24, 2011, the  Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Waiting List has been closed until further notice.

You can update your application with any changes (e.g. change of address, telephone number, employment status) the third Wednesday of the following months: December 2011, February, April, June, August 2012 .  You can also check your application position on the waiting list at any time (see the links below).  The waiting list update will be provided to the applicants on the months that applications will not be taken.

Please obtain an applicant number from our office.  The applicant number is a unique number and will not change or duplicate.  Once you have received an applicant number, please find your number on the applicable waiting list(s) below.  If you have applied for both programs (Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher programs), your applicant number will be the same number for both lists.  Both waiting lists below have been ranked on a given date and the information displayed is subject to change without notice on a daily basis.  If you need any assistance, please call us at (956) 399-7501.
